What are the benefits of suji?
Suji is a type of black tea that has been oxidized, which gives it its dark color and distinctive flavor.oxidization occurs when enzymes called polyphenols react with the iron in the tea leaves. The resulting compounds are potent antioxidants that have numerous health benefits.
Some of the key benefits of suji include reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, improved cognitive function, better vision, and protection against cancer cells.
