Aren’t kids the most picky when it comes to food, especially toddlers. As a mom I think I spend hours together getting my fussy one to eat, it’s not that she’s doesn’t like the food or the taste it’s just that it isn’t interesting enough or attractive enough. And hence I started to make the food for her look much more appealing and voila it worked, she does eat them and also requests for them every week.
I took her favorite pancakes and made them into chocolate pancakes just by adding cocoa and then I used cutters in shapes of animals to make the pancakes look butterfly, doggy or teddy bear. And the best part is she ate them on her own….now isn’t that having the cake and eating it too for us mommies !!!

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is it called pancakes?
The process of making a pancake involves pouring batter into a pan, hence the name, and then turning it over to cook the other side.
What is the secret to pancakes?
The key to making the ideal pancake is using a decent non-stick pan or griddle. The pancakes won’t stick to a non-stick pan or griddle, which makes turning them simpler. Additionally, take sure to pre-heat the pan before adding the batter to avoid sticking and guarantee uniform cooking.
What is the size of a pancake?
The Size. The perfectly sized pancake cooked at home falls somewhere between the ones you might find at your favorite breakfast spot and the gimmicky silver-dollar pancake: about 4 inches across, the diameter of a generously sized orange.
