"I heard of a great one after I weaned my son and was so gutted I never did it! You just cook veg-eg carrott and then blend it down to a puree. Pop the mixture in an ice cube tray and freeze it. When frozen take them out and put in a freezer back. That way every meal you can take 2 out and microwave them-perfect and easy for newly eating children!"
"Baby can have most fruit and veg but the books that Kate has suggested will show you all that. Once you get more confident, you will make your own mixes!! I was given the red cutlery and bowls at my baby shower which are amazing as you have no idea how much carrot and tomato based products can stain plastic. You won't see them with these bowls. The storage pots are great too for cooking bulk meals and for when you are out and about."
