"Good question soniasonia. I had the same question a few months ago. The general guideline is that your baby needs to be 6 months of age or above. In truth what is important is can your baby sit up on his own without support for enough time to give it a bath. If yes then I recommend the Safety 1st Swivel Bath Seat as it's very safe and it's swivel making it easier to handle the baby.
