My daughter (twin 1) goes to bed at seven but by eight she is still awake and finally she does a number two and then will go to sleep! How can I get her body clock to change so that she goes earlier and then can settle for a good bedtime? She is two.

Are you potty training her? How about trying a wind down routine such as bath, milk, story and bed?? She will gradually get use to it xx

I give my daughter a bit of window down time and then usually bath her at 6.30/7 pm. It's quite late but I only get home from work at about 6/6.30 pm. We are at the potty training stage (she is 27 months old) and so I always ask her a number of times if she needs the potty. She has only made a number 2 just after she has woken up or near as to that time.
