The list author says: “This is now my second Lindam gate as i liked the first so much i bought another for upstairs! As it states easy fix, has no screws as it uses pressure and it takes about 3 minutes to fit. The gate swings both directions but you can move the clips on the bottom to only swing out/in. Parents can easily see through the gate without having to open it. The clasp is easy enough for parents/older children but too complicated for the little ones! Perfect! Very easy to put in place. The extenders can be used on one or both sides depending on the type of doorway.”

The list author says: “A great piece of kit. it is worth spending that little bit more. It is easy to install and very easy to use. It is sturdy, easy to use with no step over & very wide.”

The list author says: “The gate is light. The instructions are clear. However this stair gate is not that easy to put up or use. You have to set it to fit the gap which is not as easy as it sounds. And to go up or down the stairs you have to remove the whole gate and put it back up again. Not a great design but safe when its in place.”

The list author says: “It works very well and is even sturdy enough to be used freestanding and not needed to be fixed to the wall. For a toddler I would recommend the wall fixings though and it can quite easily be removed by clipping the barrier on and off.”

The list author says: “Simply too cool and stylish! The doors are easy to use and can be shut simply by swinging the gate back: it clicks into place. Opening is an easy one handed motion with no lifting required.”

The list author says: “Especially designed for small spaces and narrow doorways, which are often not suited for standard sized gates”
