When my LO was first eating solids she would eat veg fine, but now she is a bit older she is terrible. She will try things but just spits all veg out! She does eat fruit at least, but I would to hear of any suggestions to get her eating her veg!

Mine does that too! I've got him to eat broccolli now by telling him it's green trees, and i mash sweet potato up in pasta so that it's hidden. I also use soups as the sauce for lasagne and pasta, so at least he'll get some veg in him that way. I'm hoping that it's a phase that he will grow out of, really!

Cover it with cheese! lol! No, seriously, I would just try adding it to pasta or rice. My daughter will also eat her veggies if they are in couscous or risotto. It's bizarre as the veg is simply in smaller pieces.

Mine does that too now and he would hoover anything down! I started mixing the veg up with the foods that he likes, plus a little bit of ketchup for taste. Sometimes, when he's hungry he'll wolf it down, so maybe that's the secret :-)
