The list author says: “I found breast feeding a struggle to begin with, the constant stooping over, taking the weight of my baby and hunching over. The purchase of this pillow completely changed things for me. Other nursing pillows did not help at all, the Brest Friend is exactly what I needed. It's like a handsfree kit, you strap it on (look a little bit silly but it's worth it!) the firm cushion supports the weight of the baby so once baby has latched on, my arms are free to do everything! Absolutely worth every penny although I think it's expensive. I do find its still strapped to me well after the feed is over it's so comfy and useful!”
The list author says: “As soon as I put my baby into the sling she instantly calms down and falls asleep within minutes. This is a god send! Especially when she suffered with colic cries. It's also really comfortable to wear and very supportive, you hardly feel the weight of the baby as its spread over your shoulders. Another must have for me!”
The list author says: “I do give my baby one feed from a bottle a day and found these bottles were the best. I have Avent ones but I founf the hole in the teat allowed the milk to flow through way to quickly. The Dr Brown ones seem to make my baby have to work a bit harder to get the milk out so she's not guzzling it down to quickly or spitting it up. In fact she hardly has any wind with it at all and I have a very windy baby. In that respect and helping with her colic they're great. Easy enough to clean and you get a tiny bottle brush to get in the tight spaces. The only thing to watch out for - and I think this of most bottles - is to not get the bottle too hot or it will leak a little. I'm not sure why this happens but if its a bit cooler it doesn't seem to do it.”
